Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Australia
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
International Shipping
We currently don’t offer international shipping
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays
While we do our best to meet delivery timeframes, delays may occur due to postal service issues, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Soulterra Collective is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, Soulterra Collective is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.
