RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY – SOULTERRA COLLECTIVE

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in every Soulterra piece. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of your order being delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Not show any signs of wear, damage, or alteration

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing, subject to stock availability. If your size is unavailable, we will offer a store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
** Soulterra collective will cover the cost to reship the new item, if you’re swapping for a different item or size **

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
